LMS 3.1 - RME - JRM service could be down

Hi,

After a fresh new installation of LMS 3.1 for a client and a quick check, it appears that only for RME I have the following error:

"JRM Service could be down".

This service is running in Common Services > Server> Admin > Processes.

The answers found in this forum doesn't solve the problem.

Could anyone please help with this? Thanks in advance!!

Not sure which answers you've found, but since it's a new LMS install, have you tried the jrmuser.properties workaround (getting rid of any dots on the ServiceName= line) then restart dmgtd?

Unfortunately, I haven't a domain name after the service name.

Username=admin

ServiceName=JrmServiceManager_borleias

No LMS services have been changed to Automatic as well
