LMS 3.1 You don't have permission to access /cwhp/LiaisonServlet on this servlet

Hi all, .....

Please help me,

My ciscowork can't work, it show output like this : "LMS 3.1 You don't have permission to access /cwhp/LiaisonServlet on this servlet"

When i read other thread, it say that i must tried change service in windows (like in below) :

CiscoWorks ANI database engine: Manual
CiscoWorks Daemon Manager: Automatic
CiscoWorks RME NG database engine: Manual
CiscoWorks Tomcat Servlet Engine: Manual
CiscoWorks VisiBroker Smart Agent: Manual
CiscoWorks Web Server: Manual
CWCS Cmf database engine: Manual
CWCS rsh/rcp service: Automatic
CWCS syslog service: Automatic
CWCS tftp service: Automatic
DFM dfmEpm database engine: Manual
DFM dfmFh database engine: Manual
DFM dfmInv database engine: Manual

but  when i tried to start service in "CiscoWorks VisiBroker Smart Agent:  Manual", it can't start. It show Error message like this:

Could not start The CiscoWorks Visibrokre Smart Agent Service on local computer

error 3 : THe system cannot find the path spessified

Can you give any hint to my problem ?

You should not be starting daemons manually using the Services control panel.  That said, seeing that the Visibroker Smart Agent is not available points to a problematic installation.  Post the syslog.log and output of the pdshow command.

dear Joseph,

I don't start my ciscowork manual. Before that my  ciscowork work perfectly, but then i can't login to ciscowork. It say  like "invalid credential" (i don't remember the detail error). I try to  change password use "resetpasswd" command, after that i can login but it  say

"You don't have permission to access  /cwhp/LiaisonServlet on this servlet". I search in cisco forum and i get  information about windows service configuration to be checked in order  to ciscowork worked well.

So I just check & changed my ciscowork service like suggessted in that threads.

but when i check & try to start "CiscoWorks VisiBroker Smart Agent: Manual" windows service it says

"Could not start The CiscoWorks Visibrokre Smart Agent Service on local computer

error 3 : THe system cannot find the path spessified"

Below the output of pdshow & for syslog : i don't start syslog service for ciscowork

Your service startup parameters are wrong.  As you previously found, you need to set all of your services to Manual start except CiscoWorks Daemon Manager.  See this doc for the right values:

Once you do that, reboot, and this Apache error should go away.

Thank u Joseph your advice is very helpfull.

I have check my antivirus to exclude ciscwo work instalation folder and then i reeboot my cisco work and now my CiscoWork is working.
