Hi, we have an LMS 3.2 in which it cannot archive the configuration for a couple of routers. The output is the following:
Failed to fetch the configuration. Check the dcmaservice.log for details. TELNET: Failed to establish TELNET connection to x.x.x.x - Cause: connect timed out.
The issue is that i have configured all devices to be accessed through SSH first and then through telnet. I have tested SSH access from LMS with putty.
Find attached the dcmaservice.log file.
Any ideas?

HI,
1. Please enable archivemgmt debugs from
Admin > System Preferences > Application Log Level Settings
2. Increase Job wait timeout settings Admin
Config Mgmt
Archive Mgmt
Fetch Settings
2. run the Job again.
3. Please get me the Job logs from CSOCpx/files/rme/jobs/ArchiveMgmt and the folder for JOB ID aswell as dcmaservice.log and dcmaclient.log from CSCOpx/log folder.
