Hi,
Customer has an issue when he modified credential (internal error in communication channel).
I thougth that this issue deal with bugid CSCtd07131 but we still have the issue even if we had installed the fix given by the tac.
For example, if we change the display name on identity properties we have an error message : internal error in communication channel.
After installing the fix, we have cleaned ie cache from the browser.
Do you think I need to reopen a case to the tac or may be I need to make an other action ?

Yes. I'm not sure what that jar file contains.

The patch works, so either it was not installed properly or you got the wrong patch. The ctm.jar I built when I filed the bug has an MD5 checksum of 472e352b069d7805de78e01bcd916dfe. I know this one works.

Tac give me a fix with :
MD5 (ctm.jar) = 1e8424297343b3a480e93a07cc6cd1eb
Do you think I need to open a new case to get a new fix ?
