LMS 3.2 new device not showing in topology

Hello,

i have LMS 3.2.1 that was working fine and now i am facing some problems.

why newly devices discovered and added to the DCR are not shown in the campus manager topolgy services.??????

Hi,

Please make sure that auto-sink is Enabled .

Go to Campus >Admin >Data Collection >Device Management >Mode And Policy Settings..

make sure Enable auto Mode is checked..

--if it ok thne go to Campus> home  and check the timestamp of the Last completion date of DATA Collection.

Thank you for your support, i check all the above steps and everything is ok.

the new devices showed up by re-discovering and reboot the whole system many times.
