LMS 3.2

Hi,

I have got LMS3.2 with RME 4.2.0. When I do inventory colection for the device added to this, the job fails with different error coded. I can list a few here...

1. 7206vxr running 12.4(25)b and 6509 with 12.2(18)sxf13a failed with error "RICS0001:internal error,unable to process the collected data from the device"

2. 4505 switch running 8.4(11)GLX failed with error "device sensed but collection failed.

I would like to know, is there any bug hitting on these...

Are the bug ids CSCsv65621, and CSCeb51407 applicable to my scenario...

LMS 3.2 ships with RME 4.3, not 4.2.  What is your exact version of RME?  Post the IC_Server.log after reproducing one of the collection failures.

Thanks a lot.. i could find out the snmp time out happening and i increased the same. now the inventry colection is successful...
