LMS 4.0.1 fails to download SW and device updates

Hi All,

I have a problem downloading software and device updates for LMS 4.0.1.

In the psu.log I get the following:

[ Mon Nov 26 12:51:51 CET 2012 ] INFO   [SwUpdateAction : getUpdatesFromCCO]  : Validated Cisco.com credentials..

[ Mon Nov 26 12:51:51 CET 2012 ] INFO   [SecurityHandler : getCSProxyHost]  : No proxy Host configured

[ Mon Nov 26 12:51:51 CET 2012 ] INFO   [SecurityHandler : getCSProxyPort]  : No proxy port confgured

[ Mon Nov 26 12:51:51 CET 2012 ] ERROR  [CcoDownloadAdapter : getXmlFileList]  : failed to connect to Cisco.com:RespCode=404, RespMsg=Not Found

[ Mon Nov 26 12:51:51 CET 2012 ] ERROR  [RemoteRepSync : downloadPsuHeadersAsXml]  : VDSException thrown com.cisco.nm.xms.vds.VDSException: CcoDownloadAdapter::getfileList():failed to connect to Cisco.com

Download the Patch for thsi Bug CSCto46927. (lms40x-win-CSCto46927-0.zip ) for windows

lms40x-sol-CSCto46927-0.zip  (solaris)

I hope this will fix the issue

Download the patch manually and apply it.  I suggest you start updating LMS to 4.2.2.  Well worth it
