Hello,
I have Cisco LMS 4.0, I have a few tasks which are scheduler every friday and they failed last week. This morning I would like to restart them but I cannon see the devices in my Groups.
Under Inventory -> Manage Device State -> User Definied Groups -> I can see my groups but they are empty!
I restarted the server and crmdmgtd service but it's not better.
Could you please help me?

Post the screenshot of the places you cannot see the devices. Also a pdshow from the server will be helpful to see which processes are not running and are responsible for this issue.

Processes seems fine. Are you login in from admin account? Is this LMS using is bind to any AAA for auth/auth? Does other users face the same issue?
Have this account ever worked fine?

Yes I use admin account for ciscoworks and I just have this account.
Yes of course, last week this account worked fine.
