LMS 4.0 web UI not working

I had installed LMS4.0 on a new server. The Web UI can be opened from the server http://<ServerIP>:1741

But I unable to open the web UI from any other client machine on the network.

Hi ,

Try to make a DNS Entry of the Cisco works Server in the Client Machine :

go to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc  >> open the HOSTS File >> and make an entry of the ciscoworks server

for e.g

x.x.x.x           ciscoworks

--Now try to access the GUI (Also try to access the GUI from other browser as well).

Thanks Afroj,  I did not have any dns issue.

The firewall on the server was not allowing users to access from other clients. Now it is fixed.
