Hi there,

we successfully upgraded to LMS 4.01, now with productively working with that application

from time to time the web-interface gets stuck with no longer responding

resulting in blank screen.

Are there any know issues with Sol10 and LMS 4.01 (tomcat)?

Thanks for any feedback.

Lothar

Yes, two bugs could manifest as UI lock-ups:  CSCtn79564 and CSCtq92927.  Both of these are fixed in the upcoming LMS 4.1 release due out next week or the week after.  In both cases, the workaround is to restart CMFOGSServer and DFMOGSServer.

Hi Joe,

thanks a lot for your fast feedback.

Will LMS 4.1 be downloadable via CCO Softwaredownload portal?

Is it possible to give a quick notice when new version is available?

Lothar

Given that this will be our first Cisco Prime branded release of LMS, I think you're going to be very aware that it has been released.

LMS 4.1 will be downloadable, but it will require a new license file.  The 4.0 file will not work.  However, customers that have a SAS contract for 4.0 will be entitled to a free upgrade via the Product Upgrade Tool.
