LMS 4.1 won't launch after installation

I have installed lms 4.1 on a windows 2008 server however after installation, the webgui cant be launched

What is the exact error you are getting?

Can you post the install logs from the root directory such C:\ or /var/tmp directory?

go to RUN>>>services.msc

and check APACHE service is started, and if not started . start it
