LMS 4.2.1 - error backup configuration

Hello,

I have a Cisco LMS 4.2.1 on a Windows 2008 Server R2 plateform and I would like to bakcup the configuration of my WS-C4503-E version

cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.03.01.SG.151-1.SG1

I create the job in Configuration > Configuration Archive > Synchronization and after the execution of the job, I check th status in Admin > Job > Browser:

I don't know why the archive doesn't exist. It's a newly install.

Tyr to delete the device once from LMS and re-run the sync-archive.

If the issue persist, please enabled debug for Configuration management > ConfigMgmt and share dcmaservice.log from server.

Please delete the previous content of log file to collect only this device info.

Hello,

I delete the device but the device is not add to list of configuration > synchronisation menu.

Moreover, I have a new problem in my archive management :
