Hi,
I try to aquier IP Phone in User Tracking.
Phones are present but like pc (without other information...DN, user....)
the LMS version is 4.2.3
the CUCM version is 8.6
the CUCM is green on Topology..

Can you try the suggeted OID on the working CUCM and see if you are able to see the results

Hi ,
do the SNMP WALK on the call manager with the below OID :
1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.1 >> Check if you are able to see any MAC Address there
If you don't see amy reply then you need to check if the IP Phones have been registered or not with the call manager
1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.1.2.1

the OID (1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.156.1.1.2.1) not walk

SNMPv2-SMI::enterprises.9.9.156.1.1.2.1 = No Such Object available on this agent at this OID
and if tape the simply snmpwalk it's ok:

I have other CUCM 6.1 on MCS 7835 and for this CallManager IPhone on user tracking are OK.....
