Hi Ian,
the CMFDATabase is down and other imp serveices are down.
try the belwo steps:
Run the below steps: 1)stop daemon manager, ( net stop crmdmgtd ) 2) Go to NMSROOT\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\conf\SSL and delete all the server.* files. 3) run NMSROOT\CSCOPx\bin >perl.exe NMSROOT\CSCOpx\MDC\Apache\configSSL.pl -disable 4) wait for 2 to 3 minutes then run NMSROOT\CSCOpx\bin >perl.exe NMSROOT\CSCOPx\MDC\Apache\configSSL.pl -enable
Fill all the required details.
Note: Make sure you enter the correct HOSTNAME not FQDN.
5)start daemon manager (net start crmdmgtd )
Thanks-
Afroz

Culd I ask, what you are after as most of the Syslog entries are intenal syslog info.
Nothing to do with the system.

I was looking for the information on the process startup status.
Thanks-
Afroz

Hi,
No joy, still need not start
03-05-2014 08:03 AM
Hi Ian,
was it working before ?
when was the issue started ?
we need to look at the syslog.log to dignose the issue , if you thing it has some imp . info that should not be shared public ,you can remove it ,if possible.
try resetting the causer account >
NMSROOT/CSCOpx/setup/support>resetCasuser.exe
before that check and make sure the casuser is a part of administrator group.
Thanks-
Afroz

Hi Afroz,
You are going to be a bit surprised.
But the last state I now it was running well was back in Janurary 18th, so I think that is when the issue happened, a lot of the process logs go back to that date.. I only noticed just before I went on Holiday on the 14 Feb.
So have not had a chance to look into the issue.
I have come back to invesigate and found the issue was still in place.
So things like Syslog etc, wont contain any info on the issue.
At present I feel like something has corupted and so the system is dead !
