Hi
i am running LMS 4.2.4 and i have problems with software distribution.we have about 1000 switches and routers. i receive the error message: "Error loading image to Flash. See C:\PROGRA~2\CSCOpx\files\rme\jobs\swim\5755\sw0-linz-dl35_telnet.log for the output from the device on which the image transfer failed.
Image Copy Operation Failed". But the image is uploaded to the switch correctly.
This are the timers i have configured:
SNMP-Settings:
Number of retries: 2
Timeout interval: 2
Other Settings:
Telnet Timeout: 36
TFTP Timeout: 120
Read Delay: 200
Transport Timeout: 120000
Login Timeout: 10000
Tune Sleep: 5000
Delay After Connect: 3000
Can anyone help me. I cant find any documents about timer setting for 3560 switches.
Thanks

Your flash shows the same IOS which you are upgrading :
--------------------------------
Copying c3560-ipbasek9-tar.122-55.SE8.tar from Software Repository to tftp-specific directory.
Directory of flash:/
2 -rwx 3096 Feb 25 2014 09:34:57 +01:00 multiple-fs
3 -rwx 13524 Mar 3 2014 16:06:29 +01:00 vlan.dat
5 -rwx 41821 Feb 25 2014 09:34:57 +01:00 config.text
8 drwx 192 Mar 13 2014 12:17:06 +01:00 c3560-ipbasek9-mz.122-55.SE8
6 -rwx 2615 Feb 25 2014 09:34:57 +01:00 private-config.text
--------------------------------------------
So the upgrade is successful, but job result shows failed.
It seems to be timeout issue. Increase Telnet timout to 800 or 1000 and Read Delay to 1000.
Also, check if your device has long timeout for Telnet/SSH session. Increase it for testing.
It is usually because .tar images take a lot of time in getting copied and than while being extracted.
