Cisco Prime LMS is now part of the Cisco Prime Infrastructure bundle and is not orderable separately. Cisco Prime Infrastructure bundle follows a size-based incremental licensing model. Device licenses can be combined and added when applied to a single server installation instance. Customers have the option of adding incremental licenses for additional devices as their network grows.Cisco Prime Infrastructure follows an additive licensing model. This allows customers the flexibility to purchase incremental licenses based on their needs and add them to their servers.
Availability, ordering, upgrade, and licensing options are described in the Cisco Prime Infrastructure ordering guide at http://www.cisco.com/go/primeinfrastructure.

Yes, you can add multiple licenses.
The numbers you see behind the permanent in the lic files (plain text) should add up
INCREMENT LMS cisco 4.1 permanent 1500
INCREMENT LMS cisco 4.1 permanent 500
INCREMENT LMS cisco 4.1 permanent 50
My customer has 2050 device licenses
The only "problem" is that you best add all three PAK to the contrac with cisco, to avoid cisco saying they can't find the contract when you need their help.
Cheers,
Michel
