LMS 4.2 variable name of imported MIB not show in thresholds drop-down list

I have imported a MIB into LMS. After that, I have created a Tempate and now I need to create a Threshold. But, for some reason, the

Variable                                                   Name droplist does not show any Variable to be selected!

Why is it happening?

Thank you.

Hi,

Have you created the poller ? try creating First then try to configure the threshold.

To create Pollers, go to Health and Utilization Monitor > Poller and
Template Management > Poller Management.

Also check the below things:

Did the MIB complication was sucessful ?

All MIBs have dependencies and  if you do not have all of the required MIBs available then the  compile  will fail.  And  the dependent MIB files are case sensitive, the names

of these dependent MIB files should be the same as the MIB files names

present in the definition files.) and also list of files showing in

directory

/$NMSROOT/\hum\mibmanager\mibcompiler\mibs

Need to make sure whether the following directory structure is

maintained under mibcompiler directory:

mibcompiler

    |

    |-lib

    |-mibs

    |-out

    |-t

    |-xml

    |-mibcompiler.pl

Share the details of which MIB is that. We can try to test it in our LMS server to see if it exhibits the same behaviour.

Also, click on the template name and share the screenshot. Also, I would recommend once to restart services as this issue hasn't been seen before, so it could be transient.

Hi, thanks for answering.

Here is the MIB I am trying to import and the associated LMS template that was created:

I will try the restart and give you a feedback if it works.

Restart of Cisco Prime had no effect on this problem.
