LMS 4.3.2 User Tracking cannot be started

Hi everybody!           

We are running LMS 4.3.2, it was running OK... but now we receive the following message:

"User Tracking Major Acquisition cannot be started as Network Topology, Layer 2 Services and User Tracking are disabled."

All processes are running. System restart and re-install the 4.3.2 update does not fix it. I think this happens after a device update, maybe FaultManagementDeviceUpdate... but not really sure

Hi ,

Go to  Admin > Getting Started >

Device Allocation Settings   just make sure

Network Topology, Layer 2 Services and User Tracking    should be CHECKED.

If above is correct then send me the output of pdshow.

Device Allocation Settings   just make sure

Network Topology, Layer 2 Services and User Tracking    should be CHECKED.

If above is correct then send me the output of pdshow.
