Specifying SSH Client
To specify the SSH Client:
SSH executable file name
For example,
If you are using Secure Shell:
CMSSH=C:\\Progra~1\\SSHCOM~1\\SSHSEC~1\\ssh2.exe
If you are using Putty:
CMSSH=C:\\PROGRA~1\\putty\\putty.exe
Step 3
Save the file in your home directory.
For example, your home directory can be D:\Documents and Settings\admin.
Write the following property in the file:
Click Saveto save the default settings.
To verify whether the default settings have been applied, close Putty and relaunch it.
Select Default Settingsfrom the Saved Sessions list
Choose SSHas the Connection Type
Create a file namedcampusmgr.properties
.
The SSH Client is the default connection type.

Hello,
Not sure it is still valuable for you, but just in case someone else will look for a same problem resolution, I would like to confirm, that guidelines mentioned in the document Monitoring and Troubleshooting With CiscoWorks solution 4.0 had worked for me.
Once again:
1) Please verify that you have your SSH client configured to use the SSH-protocol by default,
2) Next, create a file with a name of "campusmgr.properties" in the user profile directory,
3) Finally, add one string in that file directing to the SSH-client .exe file location, using double slash sign ("//") in the network path, like this: CMSSH=C:\\Windows\\System32\\putty.exe
And that is all you need!
