I am setting up our LMS server and when i run device discovery in Common Services it discovers 132 Devices none of which are IP phones. We currenlty have around 189 switches which all have SNMP and CDP enabled. Any ideas anyone?

Are you wanting to see IP phones discovered? IP phones, while they support CDP, do not support SNMP, and thus will be ignored by Discovery. IP phones will be processed by User Tracking, though. If you have your CUCMs managed by Campus Manager, then IP phones will show up in the UT IP phone table.

I would like to see the phones but that is not my main priority at the minute, my main issue is that a lot of switches or our CUCM servers are still not being discovered, they appear as found by CDP but Unreachable.
