LMS error....pls help

I'm getting this error when i tried to login

You don't have permission to access /cwhp/LiaisonServlet on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

please provide the following information:

- LMS version

- startup parameters for the LMS services (launch services.msc in Start > Run on windows)

- have you changed from HTTP to HTTPS recently?

Problem resolved by disabling and enabling Demon manager service......
