Hello,

I wonder if anyone can help me, we have just had CiscoWorks installed however this morning we have a strange occurrence where the syslog, config and inventory information is missing from all the devices.  Usually when we go into Device Center we can see all this information however today there is nothing there, also the Management Tasks section only has Create Collector whereas normally there would have been multiple tasks in there.

We are running LMS 3.2 and RME 4.3.1.

Has anyone see this before?

I think you've encountered Bug ID CSCtc21648 -> after upgrading RME 4.3.1 the RME tools and tasks are missing in the device center

Open a TAC case in order to get the patch. it worked for me :-)
