He Guys,
I build the report and be confused. As Example a access point provide two numbers as follow:
cisco AIR-AP1242AG-E-K9
Processor board ID FOC09441YVH
PCB Serial Number : FOC09441YVH
Top Assembly Serial Number : FCZ0952803R
The top assembly SN is written outside of the chassi the PCB SN is internal on the board. The inventory show me as chassi SN the PCB number cisco view always the top assembly number.
To add around 400 devices correctly under cisco maintenance I guess I need a report for the top assembly SN, but the inventory do not provide it.
How can I build it or does some one know if cisco maintenance both numbers in the database ?

If the device is not providing this automatically, you can configure a user-defined serial number for the device under RME > Devices > Device Management > RME Devices > Edit Device Attributes.
