LMS why I have no access to device in RME ?

Hi

LMS 3.2 RME 4.3

I can't choose the device in RME, this device has the same configuration like others, place in the same group in ACS,

I have tried remove and add again ,nevertheless  nothing happened.

Check your version of the RME Cat2960 package.  The latest is 6.4 and support for this 2960 switch is available.  If you do not have, go to Common Services > Software Center > Device Update and download and install all available updates for Common Services and RME.  Once that is done, RME will be able to fully manage these switches.
