hi everyone,
Have just completed fresh install of LMS3 with Dec07 Update on a VMware ESX3.5 guest and it can barely operate.
The DCR is empty and the CPU is pretty much pegged at 100% and it starts eating memory. taskmgr shows lots of java processes but not sure what is "normal".
The VMware guest has 4GB memory allocated with 2.3GHz Xeon CPUs running on Win2003 R2-SP2 with all MS Priority updates installed.
When I stop daemon manager (net stop crmdmgtd) all seems OK, but then again it's not really doing anything as nothing else is installed. I also have process explorer but not sure where or what to look at.
How do I troubleshoot this?

You need to figure out which CiscoWorks daemon is taking up the CPU. To do that, use Task Manager, and map the PID to the daemon in the pdshow output.
