In Collection summary the Fault Diuscovery is allways running.

And the all devices stays in state  "Discovery Progress    = 10% completed"

Learning at 10% indicates a problem with the DfmServer processes.  Post the NMSROOT/objects/smarts/local/logs/DFM.log and DFM1.log.  Also, make sure the fully-qualified hostname of your server is resolvable.  Use the NMSROOT/bin/resolver.pl script to verify this:

NMSROOT/bin/perl NMSROOT/bin/resolver.pl HOSTNAME

The HOSTNAME is the hostname of the server with the domain name.  For Windows, this is found in the System control panel.

After adding an entry ( server-ip-add   server hostname.domain name)  in the server host file, it works fine !
