LMS now has automated actions that fire when for instance a configuration or inventory change has been detected.
When this is used to send a mail I see:
Application : Archive Mgmt
RME Server : didata
Device : test3750
Category : CONFIG_CHANGE
Connection Mode : TELNET
Time : Tue Jun 28 08:50:07 CEST 2011
User : admin
Description : Syslog triggered Config Collection : PRIMARY-RUNNING
How can I get these same parameters like Device, User, etc, when I run a script?
Cheers,
michel

I hope that cisco realizes that the absence of the device and other parameters render the script function completely useless.
I can't image this has gotten through QA
Cheers,
Michel

I do which is why I filed CSCsr93354 a while ago. It's finally being incorporated into LMS 4.1. If you need the patch before then, I can give you one for LMS 4.0.1 if you contact TAC and have your engineer contact me. Just use the Open Service Request link in this thread.
