Good Morning,
My password for CISCO.com was changed, and in attempting to run a Device/Software update under common services I receieve an error message stating that the LOGIN and/or Password is invalid. But yet, I can go onto CISCO.com, and get in with the same Login/Password. Is this informmation stored somewhere that I can't find it.
I am running Windows version and Common Services 3.0.4

It is stored in Common Services -> Server -> Security -> Cisco.com Connection Management -> Cisco.com User Account Setup

I looked in that area, and there was nothing in the fields. Put in current information, and re-tried. Still does not like the Login and/Password.
Any other thoughts.

Are you going through a proxy server? Can you check the psu.log to see if there are any errors with regards to the login failure?
