Where can I find these parameters? This sounds like a lot of the problem. This is a dense deployment. Probably too dense. My peer was a little worried about the VoIP deployment. Thanks,Dave

On the AP configuration on the controller:WLAN Override WLAN Override Disable Enable Change the WLAN override to ENABLE and select the SSID's that you want to be on that AP.Hope that helps.Dave
