Are you using the same license on both the server? If it is the case it will not work. You need to have a license per server. Before you set up the Master and Slave, you must perform certain tasks to ensure that proper and secure communication takes place between the Master and Slave. You must ensure that the Master and all its Slaves in the management domain are running the same version of Common Services software.
If machine M is to be the Master and S is to be the Slave:
1. In M add a Peer Server User and password.
2. In S add a System Identity user and password. This should be same
as the Peer Server User set up in M.
3. Copy the Self-signed Certificate of S to M. Also, copy the
Self-Signed Certificate of M to S.
See Creating Self-Signed Certificates for details on creating Self-Signed Certificate. See Setting up Peer Server Certificate for
details on copying Peer Certificate.
4. Configure S as Slave and M as Master.
