ccm authentication failure in ITEM

Hi ,

I have added the CCM servers with correct credentials , But still I am getting the CCM authentication error during discovery.

Has anyone has faced this problem ?

Any thought..

Try installing IDU 6.0 if you haven't done so yet.

I haven't installed the IDU 6.0 till yet , I will try that.

I have also find out on web search that this might be due to certificate issues , Any thought about this ?

not too familiar with certificates, sorry

Were you ever able to resole this issue? We are having the same problem, ITEM reports " CCM Authentication Failure " when attempting to "KNOW" the CallManagers. We are using the local Win2000 "Administrator" account and the CORRECT password and SNMP community string.

My problem is resolved after downloading the IDU 6.0
