Meraki dashboard monitor

Hi expert

I would like to know whether meraki can monitor non-meraki cisco device such as catalyst, asa, aironet, nexus etc?

And is meraki also can monitor 3rd party device?

Meraki designs for the best cost-effective solution, so small or medium organizations can minimize the running cost.

I do not believe or come across that Meraki can monitor other devices than Meraki product lines.
