please help I have duplicated profiles I reported my issue in the following case "Case Details - 02129047", I want to schedule my exam next week before I loose my promotion code validity.
my old Cisco id is : 8325250
my new id is: 1038495478
Now For CCNA 200-301 exam, when I log in to persun vue, I log in with the same account, but my CISCO id appears different there, and because of that, my discount coupon is invalid.
please, help no answer till now from cisco.
