MinFail on 6509 Mod

I have a 48 port POE ethernet moduel that is shoing me minfail. I tried to reseat it that didnt work any ideas how i can fix this , or is this just hardware  going bad? Here is the show mod , diagnostic module

So far re-seat the line card and if this does not work the part needs to be replaced. On the other hand module WS-X6148A-GE-45AF  is affected by VCCP component issue Field Notice: FN - 63743. Cisco has been working with some customers on an issue related to memory components manufactured by a single supplier between 2005 and 2010.
