monitoring Cisco ASA

Wanted to know what is a good tool to monitor ASA, I want to monitor CPU, VPN-session db, memory and link up-down status...,

Hi,

The 1st thing that come to mind is the Cisco Adaptive Security Device Manager.  Here is a link to the product page:

You can also query the device using a NMS leveraging SNMP.
