When I write on my browser the IP of my Cisco IP Phone SPA 508G (172.16.0.63) I get no answer from the phone. The first time I used it I could enter the setup menu of the phone. Now it does not work anymore. Phone and computer are directly connected to my router. I reset the factory settings of the phone and it does not solve the problem. How can you help?

- Depends on how it does not work anymore and or what browser error are you getting ? Related -> make sure the assumed IP address is still correct. Presumably the phone uses dhcp provided by the router. It could be that another ip address got allocated for the phone.
