Need help can't ping across subnet

Hi, I have been struggling in order to get the PCs to ping across subnets, they are all able to ping to each other in their own subnet, but when it comes to across it always times out. I'm new to using packet tracer and could just do with some help as to how to fix it so it all works? Any help is much appreciated!

Right router has wrong interface connected to switch, should be FastEthernet0/1, not 0/0

then, there is something wrong with static routes since I cannot ping PC to other end of router; PC to its default gateway router is OK. but PC to router on other side is not .  Fix static routes or add Routing protocol should solved it.

Ping and trace routes is what I used to spot problem.
