Netflow and Netscout

Dont know why netscout is not showing the actual bandwidth and top talkers. here is the config

ip flow-export source loopback0

ip flow-export version 5

ip flow-export destination X.X.X.X

ip flow-cache timeout active 1

Is the "ip route-cache flow" applied to an interface?

sh ip flow export

to see if flows are being exported.
