Hi guys,

Can i take advantage of NetScout RTMonitor with a network with cat6509 and cat4507 chassis only with Gbic Modules and normal supervisors and cat3550 and cat3560 switches?

I ready something about probes and i do not have anything of that on the network. Only normal operation devices :|

If you don't have Switch probes or Network Analysis modules in these switches then you will only get miniRMON in nGenius RTM.

This will give you some basic stats, but if you are looking for something like application layer conversations, data capture, etc (higher level info) then you will need to pull data from the NAM or probe.
