Network Configuration Automation - Tool suggestions.

Hi Guys,

I am looking for kind of tool which can genrate reports for pair of devices considering - same config on both the devices / specific fields lets say ip route part should be same on both.

My aim to make sure config for pair devices are same I know some fields we can not match i.e port numbers (not always required to be same).

I do have HPNA where you can manually compare configuration which is done based on line by line.

Also if in future if confiuration is only done on one of the device then it should send kind of alert /report.

Cisco has Cisco Prime LMS which has option to compare config or one of more devices. It archives running and startup config and also keeps several versions of running config to be compared.
