We have a network of about 750 Devices. We have implemented LMS 3.1 as a primary NMS in our NW. Now we want to measure total downtime in a month through CW LMS. How to do that ?

Really, there's no one report that gives you this. If you're using the Health and Utilization Monitor add-on, you can create pollers to monitor DEVICE availability. You can then run reports to see what the availability was over a given amount of time.
IPM can also do service-level availability tracking. That is, you can setup an IP SLA collector to monitor a given service on your network (e.g. an application server, host, etc.), then run reports to get that service's availability.

We have not purchased HUM. But IPM idea is good. We can config my all devices for some simple operation like echo & generate service availibility reports for all devices. right ? or there is a better way ?
