Network Management Tool/software, need Suggestion

Hi

I have core network where have Cisco 3800 router, 5520 ASA , Distribution Switch, IPS and Other devices . Remote location has 100 site where branach are connected core network.

MY always concern about device up/down, monitoring devices Health system, traffic analysis, BW managemnt.

For This I have:

1. Whats up Gold premimum version 2006

2. Cisco works 2006 LMS

3. etherreal.

So i need suggation from user who are take care network management & monitoring that this softare which i am using is sufficent or need more another usefull tool. pls mention.

I heard Solarwinds Network performence monitor tool is good software.how its performance ?

I would suggest using SNMPc as your enterprise network monitor.

SNMc is purporse my surfe ? IF I run SNPc without any other software ( whatsup gold, Cisco works) then its ok ?. or You give suggation SNMPc as addition software with my exsisting running software. becuse I want handle one management & monitoring software.

SNMc is free software or need to buy.

Its most usefull software ??
