Depends on the needs of your organization. And what you want the product to accomplish for you.

Yes I use it all the time, so does a lot of the Air Force, works very well.

Any features that are very useful any that it doesnt have?

I wouldn't waste your money on whatsupgold, NAGIOS does the same thing and its free.
