Hi everybody,
I know that cisco prime lms 4.2 is used for network management and monitoring?
Can we used this same tool to manage non-cisco network(third-party devices)?
if no, then which cisco monitoring tool can we use to manage both cisco and non-cisco devices.

LMS has VERY limited support for 3rd party devices. No Cisco tool is a good general purpose tool for multi-vendor environments.
Depending on your requirements, many people get good results using:
Nagios, Cacti and RANCID (open source fault, performance and configuration management tools - free to acquire but you have to invest more time and energy in setting up and maintaining them)
What's Up Gold (licensed general purpose tool, good entry level product)
SolarWinds Orion NPM and other components (licensed, richer feature set than WUG but you pay more for it).
That's just a short list of possible options. ManageEngine, SpiceWorks and OpenNMS are among other options,

There are some good tools available with ManageEngine and SolarWinds. But bit expensive. Just check out their websites.
