Please let us know what is the fault. Is it with the SFPs or do we need to enable any feature on our equipment?

Waiting for your reply ASAP.

Thank you and Best regard

What firmware are the router and switch running on?

ASR 1002

#sh version | include .bin

System image file is "bootflash:/asr1000rp1-adventerprisek9.03.06.00.S.152-2.S.bin"

ISR 4221/K9

site-A#sh version | include .bin

System image file is "bootflash:isr4200-universalk9_ias.16.12.01a.SPA.bin"

Upgrade the IOS of the ASR first. 3.6.0 is not really a "stable" version.

Ok, I understand we need to change the IOS for the ASR 1002, but what about the ISR 4221, it is the latest version.

also the switch version as below:

Switch

sh version | include .bin

System image file is "flash:/c2960-lanbasek9-mz.122-25.SEE2.bin"

I'm not concerned about the 4221.
2960 IOS is old and unreliable. Upgrade to something more recent, like the latest 15.0(2)SE train.
