Nexus 9K Interface Bandwidth Utilization

I need to add my interfaces bandwidth utilization in my NMS (Zabbix) but the SNMP OID Values are different from the switch "sh int <if#> | inc rate
here is the output of the "sh int po1 | inc rate" and I want to graph that "input rate 66.68 Gbps" or "30 seconds input rate 66680837848"

30 seconds input rate 66680837848 bits/sec, 6110565 packets/sec
30 seconds output rate 6743745744 bits/sec, 620931 packets/sec
input rate 66.68 Gbps, 6.11 Mpps; output rate 6.74 Gbps, 620.93 Kpps

as far as the SNMP OIDs, the values that I get for

IF-MIB::ifInOctets.369098752 = Counter32: 4256579643

and

IF-MIB::ifOutOctets.369098752 = Counter32: 1399263241

are different and can only be used through a formula.

is there an SNMP OID that shows the values that are given as the output of the "sh int po1 | inc rate" for any given interface?

what is the best way to get these values?

Do you have nexus MIB downloaded ?

what OID you using : try below :

ifOutOctets 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.16
ifInOctets 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.10
