Nodes with "?"

Some nodes appear with the "?" icon in RME or Device Center, but we have dowload last version of all packages, and are same models as other that appear properly. I can do a snmpwalk from them and dowload configurations, but some applications doesn't work because of this.

RME doesn't support WCS, but the VSS is supported.  Post the IC_Server.log after reproducing e VSS inventory collection failure.

This could be due to a failure in RME's inventory collection process.  Pick one of these devices and run an RME inventory collection job on it.  What is the end status of the job?

Hi!

we got:

For a device detected as DeviceType=VirtualSwitch: Device Collection Failed.

For a WCS (DeviceType=Unknown): Transport session to device failed. Cause: Authentication failed on device.

RME doesn't support WCS, but the VSS is supported.  Post the IC_Server.log after reproducing e VSS inventory collection failure.

Thanks J.!

Here you have.

After executing your procedure found in another entry:

You need to go to RME > Devices > Device Management > RME Devices, and edit the attributes for the required device.  Select the device from the list in the left-hand pane to pre-populate the current attributes.  Then increase the SNMP timeout to 10, and save the changes.  On the previous screen, you will need to APPLY those changes before the 10 second timeout will take effect.

Inventory finished properly and icon is showed correctly!

Thanks for all.

Can you please help me with this?
