NTP unsynchronized

Hello.. I am trying to figure out why my router will not synchronize with an NTP server located an off-site facility; the NTP server is located at the Naval Observatory.

I have a Cisco 7200 VXR IOS 12.4

The clock and calendar both are set correctly.

Attached is my NTP configuration.

any other ideas??

ntp server 192.5.41.40
ntp server 192.5.41.42

Have these worked before?

Can you try using the IP addresses of this list based on your country/region?

Have you tried a different source other than ntp source Loopback0?
