NX-OS commands vs IOS-XE commands

We are trying to setup DoD CAC login via SSH. There are some commands shown in a document for setting up things on an Catalyst 9300 IOS-XE but need to configure a Cisco Nexus 9000 also. The commands in the picture are what we need to do on the NX-OS.

 We are trying to configure the CAC authentication using a Clearpass system.

I noticed in the documentation that 

• Cisco NX-OS does not support remote TACACS authentication. Does this include ClearPass?

Looks like that is not support as i look closer documentation. 

"Remote TACACS authentication is not supported. Only SSH v509v3 certificate-based authentication is supported."
