hello , anyone can help me with configuration for cisco catalyst 3750 to send snmp traps to orion.

i cant discover the switch when i run network discovery at orion.

Did you get the correct SNMP RW community string?

Did you check for any ACL or FW stopping SNMP?

i have the switch directly connected to the orion server ,.

i have this command already on the switch.

snmp-server community puplic

snmp host <orion ip> version 2c

Is this RO or RW?

Your posting says "puplic" and the screenshot says "public" is the RO string.

Also, the server being connected directly to the switch doesn't matter if the VLAN and SVI aren't setup correctly.

Can you confirm your layer 3 SVI is up? Also confirm the port that the Orion server is connected to is in that same VLAN with basic reachability to the switch's management IP (i.e. they can ping each other).
